Dr. Apollo Hospital, Navi Mumbai

We had a very good experience at Apollo Hospital. The services were excellent, and the staff was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The hospital was extremely clean and well-maintained, and even the food was hygienic and surprisingly tasty, which is rare in hospitals. A special thanks to the nurses and brothers - they were very caring, attentive, and supportive, making the patient feel truly cared for. The housekeeping team also did a great job, keeping the room clean and comfortable at all times. Overall, I felt safe and well looked after at Apollo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality treatment and compassionate care.

Hi, everything was exceptionally good wrt Doctors, my allocated room (private deluxe 6th floor) , facilities and services apart from the discharge process. Take almost 10-12 hours in buffer for discharge process it doesn't happens in 3-4hours.

My son has been taking treatment for his kidneys at Apollo hospital since almost a year now and the overall experience has been very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. The doctors are among the best in the country. However, there is no contact with the management which is very essential to voice our grievances and to create a humane touch to our experience.

Very bad service lifts, those are liatarally not working and in very bad condition, we were waiting for more than 20 min just for 1 lift to come and another one was Like coming on 2nd floor and going up automatically and Stopped at 9th floor That will never ended on ground floor I wonder what will happen here in emergency cases Management should work out on This things

Hospital is very good. You will get good experience from entrance . Staff and security, billing staff are very polite. Dr have very much experience. But only one point to disappointed is that very less parking space. Customer have to park there vechical out side of premises on public road. It must have to improve parking
