We lost someone we loved -- not just to a medical condition, but to negligence, casual risk analysis, and unforgivable mishandling. A planned angioplasty ended in death. The angioplasty CD was wrongly interchanged -- a careless error that raises serious questions about the hospital's process.Even after death, the patient was kept on a ventilator for 2 hours -- not to save him, but to delay and deceive the family. The death summary was delayed for 10 days, and manipulated -- a clear attempt to protect those responsible and avoid accountability. This wasn't just a medical failure. It was a betrayal of trust, ethics, and humanity. We trusted a system that showed no urgency, no honesty, and no human sensitivity. Black not only for Dr. Vikas Bisne, but also for Dr. Sameer Paltewar, owner of Meditrina Hospital -- Accountability starts at the top. Thank you to the In-Charge of Sitabuldi Police Station, Nagpur, for attending to this complaint and standing with truth. The questions remain unanswered. Forever.

I'm writing to express my concern regarding the patient check-in process. Currently, patients have to wait for a waiter to check them, and after the check-up, they don't immediately receive their files. Instead, all files are released at the end, which causes significant inconvenience and time wastage for both patients and their families. I believe it would be more efficient if the doctors wrote prescriptions directly on the receipts. Additionally, providing the files to patients immediately after their check-up would greatly streamline the process. I kindly request the doctors and management at Meditrina Hospital to consider these suggestions to improve the efficiency of the hospital and enhance the patient experience."

Hospital is excellent worst part is pharmacy. They have to maintain experience people. When my father discharge opd pharma guy behavior like he owned me.. nurse told me to go exchange and come back with this medicines ... that opd phrama guy told me like I am uneducated person .. go where there after come here... is that behavior acceptable at Hospital. People come here with there problems not to entertainment. If they are educated then behave like professional. Doc nurses and services were excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Meditrina Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were extremely professional, compassionate and attentive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained and the care received was exceptional. Thank you for your dedication to patient well being.

Extremely Unprofessional behaviour not only staff but Some doctos as well. One of the doctor gave me appointment of 12 pm and she came in by 2 pm when I enquired about from opd reception they told its very common also to my surprise she said patient has to wait for doctors and its doctors wish when to come. Highly disappointed.

Hospital doctors and supporting staff was very polite. I did my whole body medical examination here supporting staff named sukeshni and Shivani guided me to every department with lot of patience. They were polite and courteous towards the patients. Will recommend to our family and friends as well. Dr.Disha metwani was very polite.
