Sorry to say but a big change is required. Our relative is no more now

Very bad experience, no doctors are supporting. Just a money minting hospital, none other than that! As an experience I suggest not to go and check your patient here. Even after spending a money more that usual, no specialist was provided. Also infront the hospital is a true message nowadays. Low class facilities. Suggested to avoid.Hospital is not really very attentive towards the patients, no availability of doctors at the right time, not even attentive towards the consent of patient. Even after paying a wholesome of fees consultation, no specialist was provided, done by an intern. A very very bad and a low graded hospital. Not recommended

Kalpavruksha Hospital: A Disappointing Experience Hospital, often referred to as a "money-minting machine," presents a frustrating experience for patients, whether insurance or non insurance hospital services are poor, The hospital's receptionists, despite handling insurance matters, often show reluctance to proactively engage with insurance companies for cashless claims, even when patients provide all necessary documents. This results in significant delays and unnecessary stress for patients. The discharge process is equally problematic, with patients waiting for hours for final bills and discharge cards to be sent to insurance companies. The hospital seems indifferent to the potential delays and rejections from TPAs, and they rarely take the initiative to clarify issues or appeal claim settlements. The quality of medical care also leaves much to be desired. Duty doctors and staff nurses, often inexperienced, fail to adhere to doctor's instructions, leading to potential medical complications. The ICU, in particular, is poorly managed, with patient needs frequently overlooked. Even basic amenities like drinking water are compromised. The hospital's water filters are poorly maintained, forcing patients to either drink contaminated water or purchase bottled water. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence and apathy, especially from a hospital that charges exorbitant fees. Are there any channels to report these issues and ensure accountability? During my visit 4 patience were dissatisfied with hospital, hospital pharmacy took hour time to give medicine to ICU patience imagine the delay in treatment start time due to delayed pharmacy. Charges approx for the day here 25K to 29K (ICU)

We are thankful to Dr. Dashputra. He is really one of the best doctor in Nagpur. Hospital is really good. Doctors, nurses, receptionist and cleaning staff is also good. The only wrong thing about the hospital is it's HR (Admin) and one other guy working with him they are really rude.

The staff who is there is saying that the doctor is in a meeting so now the patient has to be dressed and stitches etc. He can't walk properly then what should we do when the doctor comes Karan if the doctor doesn't come then what should we do if you have to do something? Top was taking in the sketch and says it's not yours you go out saying there is another patient I took two and a half hours there and then I got bored and left there and went to the warehouse and there work was done in two minutes I was doing this what should we do
