Dr. Masina Heart Institute

The waiting area of the cardiac ward which is on the open ground on left side is not at all family friendly. People are sleeping outside on the benches with dogs and cats roaming around them. They should atleast provide proper sleeping areas for the attendees of the patient.People come from far away for treatment but the family person with the patient get's troubled.

OPD option available for gynac, ortho, cardio etc. patients. Also option available to admit patients for these problems. Cardiac unit has been made available in recent years which was missing earlier. Doctors and Staff are good, but there is always scope for improvement. After Prince Aly Khan hospital has suspended its services (closed down), most of the doctors have got diverted to Masina and Saifee hospital.

Dr Hamdulay, who runs Masina Heart Institute, is an extremely money minded individual whose focus is on extracting as much as possible. I have someone in my family who had a first-hand experience with this hospital. If you need a procedure done, he will give one estimate next time you go for finalizing surgery dates, and he will increase the cost at last moment His wife is the anesthetic in his surgeries, and he charges a bomb for that too. Once the surgery is done, hamdulay is very rude in dealing with families. Would suggest anyone to avoid this place at all cost and don't trust the fake reviews blindly.

MY sister is admitted in this hospital under Dr.Humdule.Her open heart surgery has been a great success and her post operative recovery Alhumdillah has been excellent. We appreciate and thank Dr.Humdule and his team for their wonderful services.I strongly recommend this hospital for any heart related surgery.

It's a very good medical campus with multi-speciality facilities. Very good talented staff specially Dr. Hamdulay sir Very cooperative nursing staff. Beat facility provider for open heart surgery, angioplasty, angiography, 2D echo, and other blood related tests. Plenty of parking but comes with nominal charges.

Dr Hamdulay and his team is really amazing. Admitted my mother for bypass surgery. The hospital is clean and staff is really supportive. Above all is the honesty unlike other big hospitals there are no hidden charges nor will they panic you.toilets and other places where relatives sit were very clean and comfortable. I really recommend him. I had to travel all the way from andheri to byculla but trust me it was worth it.May Allah bless him and ease everyone's pain.

My Dad underwent a CABG surgery under Dr Hamdulay sir last week. I must admit that the Heart department at Masina was very well maintained under the most proficient staff. All the doctors, nurses, cleaners and watch men's were well mannered and helpful. Dr Hamdulay himself was very calm and confident which boosted a confidence in myself that he will easily handle my dad's case. Even after the surgery , the departmental staff took all the responsibilities and looked after the patient as family members were not allowrd inside the ICU. I would also like to mention that Dr Imran and Sarfaraz bhai both were very helpful right from the beginning at the time of admission till my dad got discharged. If you have to consult a Doctor for any heart ailment, then it is the right place.

Dr. Hamdulay and his team are doing a great job here. The surgery went smoothly in 2020 November with absolutely all the COVID protocols strictly in place. It has all the necessary amenities under one roof which is very convenient. There are arrangements for the relatives of patient to wait far apart from the recovering patients to avoid any possible infection. The priority is the patient and it was well taken care of.
