Visited the hospital for a follow-up check up of my elder brother Mahavir Prasad Barola who came from Rajasthan .The Doctor Prashant Nair is excellent and very soft spoken and his assistant Jagruti also very helpful ... God bless them.

Visited the hospital for a routine check up of my Mother Devaki VBajpe aged 77 years . The Doctor Prashant Nair was excellent and so also his assistant Jagruti . Very helpful and considerate. God bless them. The other feedback is on the infrastructure in the hospital specially the Lift service it is pathetic to say the least in the hospital . Out of the 4-5 lifts only 2 are Working and there is lot of overcrowding specially for wheel chaired and old age people it's very difficult to get in . You need to wait 15-20 minutes to reach 1st -3rd floor of the hospital as the old and wheel chair patients cannot use the stairs. The Managment of the hospital need to take care of the same . Hope this is taken care . Thanks

Hospital staff and doctors are great . That's the reason hospital is running and having footfalls. Management needs to improve the infrastructure need more admission counters more billing counters more TPA counters . Needs to upkeep the property. Wait periods everywhere is endless. Need more staff on floors to attend to patients. Parking is the biggest problem.,and look into food quality and taste served in rooms and in main canteen.

It was a very pleasant experience with all services rendered very well. We are grateful to all the doctors especially Dr. Prashant Nair, my primary Cardiologist for the great expertise he displayed! All staff nurses and other ancillary staff were also courteous, co-operative and helpful.
