Now admitted in badwaik for mother. No proactive guidance. Extremely reactive behaviour. Leaving to patient. Got up in morning and then being informed that sponging is done to only very very urgent patient. We did not bring anything of towel. Have to do follow up for mavashi despite ringing bell. Doctor who was supposed to visit at 9:30.. visited at 11:15. Had to keep patient awake. Had to tell to check BP. Worst experience
