A Lifesaver in Every Sense - Grateful Beyond Words I am deeply grateful to Dr. Bhupen N Desai and his exceptional team for saving my father's life. When an abnormality was detected in my father's ECG, Dr. Desai urgently advised us to travel to Mumbai for an angiography--a decision that proved to be life-saving. The angiography revealed multiple severe blockages in the main artery. Due to heavy calcification, a highly complex procedure involving drilling was required to insert stents. Thankfully, Dr. Desai and his team had the expertise and experience to carry out this advanced procedure with precision and care. We were also fortunate that the Bandra Holy Family Hospital was equipped with the latest technology necessary for such a delicate operation. The situation was extremely critical--any minor error could have cost my father his life. Yet, Dr. Desai's team not only managed to place three stents successfully, but also performed the incredibly challenging task of passing the third stent through the first two. Their skill, coordination, and calm under pressure were nothing short of miraculous. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Dr. Desai, and your outstanding team. Your dedication and expertise gave my father a second chance at life, and for that, we will always be indebted to you.

Dr. Bhupen Desai is one of the best heart specialist in Mumbai. Might feel bit expensive but worth consulting. He will carry out multiple tests before jumping into the conclusion. He operated me for Angioplasty with minimal expenses and precision. More than 28 years of practice and genuine guy. Trust him 100% and he will take care of everything.

He is the best cardiologist and an excellent human being at heart......helps the patients in all possible manner, guides everything very clearly .....and is always there to solve all the queries. I have not met such an excellent and helpful doctor so far.

For aortic valve repalcement, there are two way to operate (costs that he mentioned for all) 1. Open heart surgery a. mechanical valve - 10 lacs b. tissue valve - 14 lacs (just for the tissue) 2. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement - 20 to 30 Lacs. After a consulting with multiple renowned surgeons, following are the actual charges considering good hospital & twin sharing room. 1. Open heart surgery a. mechanical valve - 6 to 7 lacs b. tissue valve - 7 to 9 lacks 2. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement - 14 to 16 lacs.
