Just had the most amazing experience with Aum hospital. Dad had a kidney surgery two days ago at another hospital. But due to pressure of sneezing and coughing there was bleeding from the wound on his abdomen. I was asked to visit a nearby hospital to get the dressing changed. We landed in Aum hospital and Dr. Reena and her nurse were so kind and helpful. They handled Dad with so much of care at a time I needed it the most. Yes, its indeed a best hospital however, there is always a scope for improvement. All sisters, nurses ( bhaiyas, didis) are very careful and understanding. The rooms and hospitalities ate good and very near and clean place. Easy to access and convenient place and have good ambience for relatives to take rest. The access to patients at any time are permitted which is the big time moral strength to patient. From a cashless treatment pov, the staff needs to be more proactive and responsive towards patients benefits as there are many patients and relatives won't know the process completely and get msileaded by TPA. So, overall it's a best hospital who takes care of patient very nicely. All doctors (Dr. Ajay Shah, Dr. Bhargava) and RMO's (Dr. Reena, Dr. Geeta) are very caring and concerned for patients well being. Once again thank you for all nurses and sub staff's who are extremely responsive and helpful thorught the admission day and nights including Harshada, Shweta, Sanjana, Prarthana and so on. One of the Best hospital in Borivali. I admitted my mom Mrs Modi thrice and everytime treatment was so best.. Dr Kunal Dr jignesh and inhouse Doctor all r superb. They always listen to patient with smiling face.. All staffs and Nurses are very polite.. Cleanliness 5 star.. Mediclaim team very fast..
