Dr. ACE Heart Clinic

We had a very bad experience with Dr. Punjabi. Firstly, last year we got a an angioplasty done with him. With in 11 months, same spot got 95% blockage which is quite rare. Secondly, just a month back we got the ECG, 2D-echo done to see if all is fine. During this check up, he failed/missed/ignored to check the abnormalities in the ECG and 2D-echo and now the patient met with an heat attack. Upon admission and further investigations, it shows 95% blockage at the same spot where previous stent was placed. Now, while I can understand there was some miss in the initial angioplasty done due to which the restenosis occurred (which itself is a very poor service), what I don't understand and cannot excuse is, how could he miss/ignore the abnormalities in the ECG and 2D-echo done just 1 month back. If a doctor can miss his primary duties to this extent, then what good is he!!! Overall, I would never recommend this Dr. for the above reasons. Up to you to take your life chances with him.

Center and equipment are great, however, getting report is a challenge. They over commit and under deliver. While coming for MRI we made it clear that we need report the very next day since we have to consult cardiologist (whose appointment is difficult to get in the first place). When I called they say it's not ready. I informed them we talked about it yesterday and they say yes but bla bla bla.. they delayed the reports by couple hours even after sitting at the clinic. I really this experience given the premium price they charge.

Good treatment the doctor and staff alongwith food if super excellent service neet and clean

My father was hospitalized at Ace heart Hospital during this week for a angeoplasty procedure . Ace heart has the best team from front desk , to best Doctors , impeccable cleanliness, kind and well trained nurses and a fabulous support staff. They didn't make the patient or us run around for anything. Everything is explained and planned perfectly. Everything from admission to discharge was smoothly taken care of . Special thanks to Dr Pritesh Punjabi whome we blindly trust as he has also done a wonderful job with my Mother's and father in law's treatments in the past . Thank you Niyati and front desk staff for your kindness and making this process so smooth and easy for us . Thank you Ace Heart family for everything. We appreciate it more than you know

My uncle was admitted on emergency basis , doctor discussed with us about the treatment, which calm the nerves and thanks for giving extra time out of his busy schedule. I appreciate DR PRITESH PUNJABI and his entire team for their kindness care n support. Universe blessed them with all the happiness.

I recently accompanied my father for his angiography and was very impressed. The staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, and the hospital was very clean. Dr. Pritesh Punjabi was calm and explained the process thoroughly, advising us on the next steps. Highly recommended.

I had brought my dad in emergency at midnight it was very well attained & quickly. Dr. Priteesh Punjabi gave us an perfect guidance and support while on the complete treatment. The staff over here is very helpful from security to receptionsist, RMO, nurses, ward boys.. Hospital is very neat and clean. All queries are attained in proper manner. Even staff does a round ups regularly regarding the service like is there any concern or not.. Dr. Priteesh Punjabi is a real gem the way he talk with patience and relatives is very nice and politely. Thanks ACE Staff for very good hospitality and treatment..
