Dr. Cordis Heart Institute Best EECP center in Mira Road, Bhayandar

I recently visited Cordis for my 2D Echo, TMT and ECG tests, and I had a very positive experience. Located on the second floor, the facility is spacious and well-maintained. They have a seating capacity for around 20 people, which makes the waiting area comfortable for patients. The process is straightforward. Upon arrival, you fill out a small form and wait for your name to be called by the reception. They seem to follow a first-come, first-serve basis, though I'm not sure if they also accommodate prior appointments. The waiting time was reasonable and I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. The testers were highly professional and clearly knew what they were doing, which added to my confidence in their services. Overall, I found the experience smooth and hassle-free. If you're looking for diagnostic services, Cordis is definitely worth considering.

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Cordis Hospital I had a very disappointing experience with Cordis Hospital. After my discharge, they failed to provide me with my blood reports, urine, and stool reports. It's been over a week now, and I've been constantly trying to contact them, but all I receive are vague and silly excuses like "you will get the report on the stay" or "it will be sent soon." No one is taking responsibility, and no proper resolution has been offered. The hospital staff is unprofessional and uncooperative, and the hospitality is severely lacking. For a healthcare facility, this kind of careless attitude is unacceptable. Medical records are essential and time-sensitive -- the way they've handled this has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. Not happy at all with their services. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

Very bad experience. They kept on giving us bills to buy medicines from their own chemist. My dad past away. He was on ventilator later.. unnecessary asked for dialysis for the second time and when we refused they asked to do biofire test which is cough test costing 15000 rs. They knew doing all this will not work. It was too late they tried to give CPR to my father. CPR was not given properly.

We recently completed EECP treatment of 35 days for my sister at Cordis Heart Institute Thane,Dr.Abhijit Aklujkar is a very good & experienced physician .staff is very cooperative and friendly with the patients.Overall experience was very satisfying.

Very Disappointing Experience Cardios Hospital is completely useless. The staff is extremely uncooperative and lacks basic courtesy. There's no proper communication, and patients are left confused and unattended. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone seeking proper medical care. Totally unprofessional.
