Dr. Chirayu Superspeciality Hospital

This is by far the worst hospital experience I've ever had. I called six times to book an appointment, but no one even bothered to respond. When I finally visited in person for an opinion, I was shocked -- no staff member seemed interested in addressing patients. Most of them were aimlessly roaming around, gossiping instead of working. One staff member even mentioned that the hospital owners haven't been around for years. It's terrifying to think that people's lives are at risk due to such negligence. They claim to be a 'Super Speciality Hospital,' but the quality of treatment and professionalism is nowhere close to that standard. The staff's attitude is extremely poor. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this facility.

Irresponsible staff. They dont even remember patients visited an hour back. Doctor not even ready to suggest way forward in exceptional cases where extended family does not reside in same city. My father had visited the hospital. Ask your arrogant doctors to whom they dont even guide how to take medicies unless they do the same with every other patient. Such an idiotic act from your team.

Hospital services are good. Doctors are nice Staff is amazing !! House keeping needs work!! Yet overall had a smooth experience in terms of care !!

Doctors took good care of my dad who was in icu for 6 days . Good work done by the doctors. God bless them and give them power to do the good work

All staff are very good all services is good mediclaim facility was covered smoothly with cashless treatment. The hospital is very good neat and clean overall experience is great

If there was a chance to give 0 star for management I would Treatment is fine but doctors don't come on time and if asked no one even knows when the doctor would come They don't charge you according to the rates they have, they do according to your mediclaim company even if that service is not covered by mediclaim Even after taking room charges, they put extra charges for clothes, gown(not once they provided gown), dressing?? No dressing was even involved The nursing staff is fine but people related to management and billing are very rude especially Ms sapna who doesn't have a sense how to talk to patients. She is just extremely rude and starts pointing fingers In short DONT GO HERE
