One of the worst hospital , rude staff in Icu , ICU Dr's as well as ward boys . A walking person can be taken to death bed by these people . No proactive check up . Waiting for the patients health to worsen . We were told that your patient is fine and will recover easily there is nothing to worry about, he even recovered , but on 13th day he was declared dead . Charges are so high and treatment /facility is worst then government hospital . For 13days ICU they charged us 4.5 lakhs and after charging so much we don't have our family member with us . I had heard that this hospital only kills people but now taken the experience. Health ministry to take strict action against such hospitals . Kolhapur municipality please take some action. Audit must be done.

What an excellent hospitality. My father was admitted there last week and I experienced sheer humanity and support from their Staff. Even I was surprised to see this smooth experience specially when I was victim of CPR hospital. Very thank you to Dr. Vilas Naik sir and to their Staff. This society need people like you.

I admitted my mother, Vaishali Aswale, to this hospital for treatment. While the medical services were acceptable, our experience during the discharge process was extremely disappointing. Despite paying the full hospital bill, the staff delayed the discharge process without providing a valid reason. When I asked why there was a delay, the staff rudely responded that they have only one computer, not enough manpower, and even blamed us for a missing report, which was actually in the hospital's possession. Their behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. One staff member even said, "If you want it done, do it yourself. I don't care." This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where patients and their families are already under stress. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior and discharge procedures. No one should have to go through such an experience, especially when dealing with a loved one's health. If anyone from the hospital management wants to discuss this further, feel free to reach out.

WARNING: AVOID DIAMOND HOSPITAL A Human Killing Factory - Not a Place of Healing Kolhapur Municipal Corporation should BAN such hospital because every day many people are dying here. Media should take action against this horrible hospital. I took my father to Diamond Hospital for treatment of fever and mild memory issues. He was attended by Dr. Aurangabadkar, who claimed a 10-day recovery was possible. Trusting his expertise, we admitted my father. Tragically, after 14 days in their so-called care, my father passed away. Here's what I observed during this devastating experience: Major Issues at Diamond Hospital: Negligent ICU Staff: Doctors, nurses, and ICU staff spend most of their time watching serials and web series on their phones instead of monitoring critical patients. Unnecessary Tests: They repeated the same blood tests daily without any medical justification, clearly a tactic to inflate the bill. Lack of Competence: Ask them basic questions about the treatment plan or medical condition, and they fumble or give vague, evasive answers. Misleading Reports: My father's reports showed no serious issues--normal BP, sugar, etc.--yet they continued treating him as critically ill without a clear reason. No In-House MRI: Despite branding themselves as a neurology specialty hospital, they lack basic diagnostic infrastructure like an MRI and send patients outside. Ward-to-ICU Death Trap: If your relative is shifted to the general ward, take them home immediately. It's a pattern: within a day or two, they are sent back to ICU--usually followed by fatal complications. Lack of Transparency: Treatment decisions are made without discussing with the family. They avoid explaining risks or alternatives. Overcharging and Bill Padding: Final bills include duplicate and inflated charges for services not rendered or repeated unnecessarily. Poor Hygiene and Infection Control: The ICU is poorly maintained. I personally saw staff not following basic sanitation protocols like wearing gloves or masks properly. No Emergency Handling Protocols: When my father's condition deteriorated, there was complete chaos--no preparedness, delayed response, and zero communication. FINAL MESSAGE: It appears more interested in profit than in patient survival. What happened to my father should never happen to anyone else. Please share this warning and save lives

About sai shri sir is a very bad doctor in whole Kolhapur he cheated in exam and he passed out by cheating While there are limited online reviews detailing negative experiences specifically about Diamond Hospital in Kolhapur, some general concerns have been mentioned in patient feedback across multiple platforms. Some visitors have expressed frustration regarding long waiting times, the quality of communication with medical staff, or issues with billing and hospital administration. A few patients have noted dissatisfaction with how certain medical concerns were handled, including perceived lack of clarity about diagnoses or treatment options. In terms of doctor-patient relationships, there have been reports of perceived professionalism issues, such as doctors seeming rushed during consultations or not providing enough detailed explanations regarding treatment plans. These concerns can negatively affect patient trust and comfort, which are vital for successful healthcare outcomes. If someone has faced significant issues, it is advisable to directly contact the hospital's management team to file a formal complaint or seek redress through appropriate channels, like the Maharashtra Medical Council. This ensures that issues are addressed formally and may help in improving the services.

    VAISHNAVI VISHAL

Visited the hospital during my relatives illness. We had been suggested to meet Dr. Anil Jadhav (neurosurgoen) for more consultation. We met him to discuss more but while asking some questions related to further operation of our relative, Dr got angry and was not giving answers properly. He was unable to explain the post operative possibilities of our realtive. "He asked us, I had given my 14 years in this doctor's education and how can I explain to you like this? " He asked each of us about our degree education that was rubbish!! Dr. Anil Jadhav was quite arrogant and unnecessary smart during the discussion. We have decided not to hand over our relatives life in such irresponsible hands! Dr. Should be polite and ready to handle not only patients psychology but it's relatives too....

We came here only for Dr Aurangabadkar sir . Others things are worse. Receptionists are very rude they even don't know how to talk with patient You really require more patience for consulting. Need to book appointment before one month Doctor came at 3pm. Hospital don't have good seating facilities Most of people stand in front of reception counter.

    Vheejay Paatil

No proper support available. They only care for money nothing else. Staff is totaly unprofessional and arrogant. Doctors are also irresponsible. They treat patient as a slave. Don't even think about admitting your relatives there. This is my personal experience ..
