My Son Vedant admitted for appendix operation..Really I thanks a lot to Deshapande sir, Saurav Gandhi sir, M. Kulkarni sir, Kunal sir and Mahesh Patil sir.. All assistant doctors also helped and care us sooo nice..Even hospital Nursing staff also very happily treated to my Son like our family member specially Aniket and Vinod brothers..and Ward boys are also helped us so good..And specially we like clining staff.. Dietician staff also soo good.. Canteen facility is very good.. And for my Son Customer care service Kamble sir provided drawing books cryons my Son felt very happy and he didn't felt he is in hospital.. So Thank you everyone sooo lot helped and care us sooo nicely.. Specially I want to tell We are from Karnataka after coming here Dr. S. Deshapande sir and team talked in kannada with us So we felt comfortable with hospital.. Thank you soo much

Very Good treatment by Dr.Wasgaonkar Sir,Wakle sir..Akash sir has given drawing book to my kid..All facilities in the hospital are excellent.. 4th floor Nursing Staff is also very good..Thanks to stella,Leena,Sandhya sister..All mama and mavshi are always ready to help you..

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at the hospital. The doctors nursing staff truly stood out for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They were not only prompt in responding to calls but also incredibly kind and patient in handling every need with care. Whether it was administering medication, helping with mobility, or just offering reassuring words, they made the entire experience much more comfortable and stress-free. The hospital's maintenance and cleanliness were also commendable. Rooms, corridors, and common areas were kept spotless throughout the day, and hygiene protocols were strictly followed. The overall environment was calm, hygienic, and well-organized, which speaks volumes about the efficiency of the housekeeping and maintenance team. Big thanks to the entire doctors nursing and maintenance staff for their tireless efforts. Their hard work behind the scenes plays a huge role in patient recovery and comfort.

I landed up here due to an emergency situation that required spinal surgery in the end. But the experience was top class . Very humane and warm people, well trained and very attentive! Dr Ali is straight forward and an excellent Dr. Would recommend him to anyone for spine related surgeries!

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the staff member responsible for arranging patient numbers at this hospital. This individual has no manners or professionalism whatsoever. When we simply inquired about a number, instead of responding in a polite and helpful manner--especially given the stressful circumstances we are already facing as relatives of patients--he spoke to us in an extremely rude and harsh tone. To make matters worse, when we initially registered our number in the list, he was not present. Half an hour later, he added our number to the list, which was lying on the table, and then told us we were the last patient. Additionally, our name was not printed on the list from the start, despite us registering earlier. Instead of following a proper system, the staff were manually writing numbers on a physical paper with a blue pen as patients arrived with their file numbers. This is a disorganized and outdated practice. If a patient takes an appointment, it should be clearly mentioned on the list with an appropriate time slot. Such behavior and inefficiency are completely unacceptable. This staff member must be removed from his position immediately. At the very least, he should receive proper training on how to handle patients and their families with compassion and professionalism. The hospital should also review its management practices to avoid such poor service in the future.

I recently underwent a kidney stone operation at Aster Aadhar Hospital, and my experience was excellent. Dr. Dhansagar Wakale performed the surgery, and his expertise and professionalism made me feel completely at ease. He explained the procedure thoroughly and ensured I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. The hospital staff was very supportive, and I would especially like to appreciate Nurse Aarti Patil, who provided exceptional care. She was kind, attentive, and always available whenever needed, making my recovery smooth and stress-free. The hospital itself is well-maintained, with clean and modern facilities. The medical staff was efficient, and the overall service was commendable. I highly recommend Aster Aadhar Hospital for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Excellent support got form reception counter Mrs. Priti talekar Mam, Nivedita Madam from Admission counter, Nursing staff head Neha mam, word boys Prathamesh, shubham, & everyone (never knows the nme of others) food quality is better, Dietician, physiotherapy service is also good Everyone is having smiling face & happy Nature. I doesn't fill like I am patient. Happy, healthy, positive , & fresh environment. Overall I am very much happy with service. Thanks lot.
