A well established hospital with good infrastructure and capable doctors to assist patients in need. The campus is huge with the main hospital building divided into multiple wings to house different sections. There are all the facilities one expects from a hospital from X ray to operation theatre to general opd, private rooms & general ward to house the patients. A canteen on the ground floor for visiting members is also available. Round the clock security & good overall neatness cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. There is decent vehicle parking available as well.

I had a very positive experience at SMBT Hospital. My grandmother and her sister underwent total knee replacement surgery and were admitted to the Care Plus ward. The nurses, especially in the Care Plus ward, were much kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. The doctors were highly professional, and the hospital was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend SMBT Hospital, for quality care and treatment.

One of the best charitable hospital in Maharashtra, my patient is admitted for biopsy, Which cost us 0 rupees excluding medicine. So that's the best thing about the hospital. Doctors are very Knowledgeable and helpful and kind, thank you Dr Ambarish chattargee. Five stars for nursing and support staff. Con.- Major con is all the paperwork process is terrible. Wait time at pharmacy is like hell. Apart from that hospital is great in every sector.

Nursing staff is behaviour and also cleaning the place, I am satisfied with the doctor treatment, I will refer anyone to do this hospital, also, this hospital staff communication skills are better. There are no problem to the communication.

Due to my service commitments, I was unable to be physically present during the procedure.
