Very Good hospital and Good service. Overall experience was good. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. All Doctor's, Dr. Dilip Sawale, Dr Payal Sawale, Dr. Sana & all nurses, Supriya Lad, Harshada Mhase, Daya Harad, Priyank Handawa, Sarika Sawant, Pooja Dudhasagar, & Other Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Worst doctor, dr dilip sawale. I was having chronic cough with mucuous and got admittes for 4 days and my coughing stopped by the treatment he gave me but the mucous was still coming. He kept saying that it's normal it's normal, and I one more time gone to the hospital again cause my mucous secretion was not stopping and the mucous was coming after eating food and it was forcing out. But he couldn't diagnsoe and told and gave me anti allergy medicine. After a month still no significant effect on me and then I went to badlapur hospital adn there I got to know I was having a possible acid reflux gerd. It was very easy to diagnose if a person is having force out mucous secretion after or in between eating food it is a acid reflux . He not only gave partial treatment but also he delayed my actual treatment and now I have to go for an endoscopy to check out any possible acid reflux. Literally disappointed with the health care service in this hospital.

Experience was good,highly educated(MBBS MD MS GYNECOLOGIST) and experienced doctors.They believe in normal delivery. staff is co operative,sisters behaviour is better than other hospitals, cleanliness..

Bad experience with person named harshad who handled cashless claim process hospital claimed bill for 4days admitted in general ward and claimed deluxe room charge made me pay separately for medicines and reports

No punctuality of Doctors. If the patient is not there, they don't come for OPD even if it is there day of visit Even if the timing is 1pm to 3 pm, they are never on time.

Highly qualified doctors, 24hrs MD medicine doctors available, polite staff, cleanliness.
