Dr. Leelawati Cardiac Care

Dr. Yogesh is very nice very helpful and he explained everything which no doctor can explain but the staff is very rude they don't have manners to talk specifically the receptionist lady, One day ago I called for an appointment, next day also I called for an appointment at 10.30 but they did not receive the call, I live in the my husband went to Kalyan hospital from thane to show my report arround 11.30 but the lady said that the doctor would come at 2.30, when my husband asked why did you not receive the call. That lady replied very rudely, after waiting from 11:30 to 2:30, when the doctor came, that lady said, u have a last number, because I have taken numbers of other patients on call too. I don't understand, when someone is waiting in front of you for 2-3 hours then you do not take their number and keep taking numbers of different patients on call. We just had to show the report, for a work of 5 minutes my husband had to wait for 4-5 hours which is very wrong. Dr. Yogesh is very good but the staff is the worst.

Staff is very coperative.... And doctor is good too.. need to wait in opd for your turn but looking at the busy schedule it is ok to wait

Dr yogesh Patil is very good and supportive dr. He give proper time to understand petion need. And problem . And he's Treatment also Good and affordable. But one thing is the staff of this clinic specially (Ledies) are arogant . For dr iam ingnore this thing. And last one . I suggest view please update payment option . Example. UPI and other

They don't consider emergency of patients. They wanted patients to follow their treatment with no questions. Even a Doctor is busy he must see emergency patients. If you are not attending patients on time then for what this facility is there? When you call for your doubts, for your reports, for your test they will keep you on waiting for long time just by saying Dr is bussy.

I have no idea about appointment system with reference of friend I reached to them for dietetics but they said you have to take appointment now and have to came on Monday they are doctor or business person?
