Fortis Hospital, Kalyan left me extremely disappointed. The road in front of the hospital is dirty and unhygienic -- I even saw a dead dog lying there. For a hospital, maintaining a clean and safe surrounding should be the minimum standard, but this place fails miserably. The service inside was no better. I had an appointment with the main doctor, but he did not arrive on time. After making me wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the staff told me to meet an assistant doctor instead. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to patients' time. I expected much better from a hospital with such a big name. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Went here for my mom's routine health check up and was overall very satisfied with the process ! Aishwarya Ma'am at the Opd desk was very clear with the process and helped us get through each test in a timely manner ! After the tests we had a consultation with Dr Amogha Jawale which really went well ! Dr Amogh explained to my mother about the do's and don'ts which she needs to follow in her day to day life ! He was very positive and compassionate which was really good to see ! Very rarely do you come across such doctors who are so compassionate and positive about things ! If you are looking to get through health checkups I would highly recommend this place !

My Mother was admitted at Fortis Hospital Kalyan for Epidural block treatment for back spine. The Fortis team has good qualified Doctors, Qualified Nurses and supportive Housekeeping staff. Doctors and Nurses made my mom feel comfortable while providing medicines, injections with utmost care. Housekeeping staff and Canteen staff were approachable and were very kind to speak with the patient. Rooms and washrooms are well maintained like Deluxe Hotel Room experience. Overall satisfied with the service provided by entire staff. Highly recommend people to prefer this hospital for any kind of treatment.
