Overall, my experience at the hospital was mostly positive, with a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, Dr. Revdekar was excellent--very polite, patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This kind of communication is truly appreciated, especially when you're feeling unwell and anxious. The hospital staff also deserves appreciation. They were very attentive, helpful, and treated patients with great care--almost like family. It made a big difference in making the hospital stay more comfortable. The floor area and general cleanliness were also up to the mark. The environment felt safe and well-maintained, which is essential in any medical facility. However, a couple of things need attention. The diagnosis process seemed unclear and created some confusion. In today's time, people are more informed and aware of medical issues, so clarity and transparency in diagnosis are extremely important to maintain trust. I would strongly recommend improving this aspect. Another downside was the pharmacy, which didn't offer good discounts. Considering the high cost of medications, better pricing or discount options would be helpful for patients. Lastly, a very important issue: many people who come to this hospital are from villages and remote areas, sometimes 20-40 km or more away. It is not practical for them to come frequently for follow-ups or repeated tests. There should be a strong and reliable solution in place for such patients--perhaps through teleconsultation, local tie-ups, or better coordination--to reduce the need for repeated long-distance travel. To sum up: great doctors, caring staff, clean environment--but there's room to improve in transparency of diagnosis and pharmacy pricing.

My grandmother was admitted here and was in ICU for 3 days as she was suffering from heart failure. Which lead to other complications. She has recovered well from it Thanks to the doctor Revdekar.. The ground floor of the hospital building is ICU Clinic and Ward rooms and Spl Room. Doctors residence is on first floor of the same building. Its one of the best hospital in that region. 1. Well hygiene maintained 2. Polite staff 3. Communication with patients relative is clear. Note:- When we were there even doctor's mother personally visited us to see if we were being taken care well. This touched my heart. This is something rare in this world.

Worst hospital,my mothers was admitted here for 4 days but no response on her health yet,bI paid bill of amt 17000 and totally wasted it, worst experience. UNEDUCATED DOCTOR UNEDUCATED STAFF
