The team of doctors and the management is very courteous and also very much knowledgeable for the treatment that is required to be given to the patient. Immediate diagnosis helped us in recovering the patients health very fast. The staff is very good and the hygiene of the hospital is well maintained. the in-house testing facilities are well equipped with fast reporting systems.

This is my fourth consecutive visit to Mahavir Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and while the medical facilities and doctors are excellent, the admission, billing, and discharge process remain frustratingly slow. Admission takes around 1 hour--a long wait just to get started. Discharge summary preparation also takes 1 hour--causing further delays. Billing is the worst part, taking 2-3 hours, making the entire process unnecessarily time-consuming. Despite visiting multiple times, I see no improvement in these administrative aspects. This inefficiency creates major inconvenience for patients and their families. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and works on streamlining these processes.
