The way the security guard talks to the patient and relatives is not appropriate, they speak rudely.. The other staff are polite. All the doctors and nurses are very helpful..

We changed our doctor and went to the an international hospital after 4 year of marriage. This is because our previous doctor was prescribing many unnecessary medicines and scans. Dr. Reshma khan believes in the natural course during the pregnancy. My wife was having a PCOD . I am sure if we would have gone to other doctors from the big hospitals they again prescribe anothe scans and multiple unnecessary test.We are extremely grateful to the doctor for the natural pregnancy. Furthermore, she patiently and diligently answered all our queries. This quality is lacking in all other (three) gyenacologist that we consulted so far. We will definitely recommend dr. Reshma.

Very bad service and emergency time telephone and mobile number not work not give proper medicine

While this hospital is quite large, I've noticed a recurring issue with a shortage of change for payments, and what's frustrating is that the receptionist doesn't seem to acknowledge or apologize for this inconvenience. It's important to note that it's not the patients fault for not having change a hospital of this size should have adequate change available Additionally, the receptionist often doesn't seem to listen well to patients' questions, which can be disappointing. Most of the staff, including the security guard, are friendly and helpful. I believe it would be beneficial for the hospital to address the issue of change shortage and ensure that the receptionist provides more understanding and assistance to patients in such situations

The worst hospital in history, especially Dr. Reshma. Unfortunately, she is not a doctor, but a veterinarian. I do not recommend him.

Recently we had our second baby delivered here under Dr Reshma khan mam through c-section. Overall very good experience and Dr Reshma khan mam is best in her field,very experienced and very polite.
