Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Communication and Care I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I've received at this medical facility. After seeking help for my condition (a **celitous disease**), I expected not only proper care but also clear communication regarding my father's treatment plan and next steps. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Firstly, the doctors have been unresponsive and failed to provide any updates on his condition. After multiple visits, we have not received any clear explanation on the specifics of diagnosis or the exact course of action needed for treatment. It feels as though we being completely left in the dark. Not only has the lack of communication been frustrating, but the overall attitude towards our concerns has been dismissive. I've asked for details on the proper treatment plan and possible outcomes, but every conversation feels rushed, leaving me with more questions than answers. It's incredibly disheartening when you're dealing with a serious medical issue and are met with this level of indifference. If you value your health and peace of mind, I highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere where transparency, communication, and proper care are prioritised. -

Very bad facility. No cleanliness. Doctors are very rude . No support from doctors. My mother was hospitalized for 3 days then got operated and moved to ICU for few hours for observation. During this time they asked us to vacate the room. And when my mother has been asked to shift to room back from ICU they said room not available. So when patient was already staying in room and operated why they asked to vacate the room when the matter was of just few hours. Now we are waiting to get the room. My mother is still in ICU without any need. These people are not co operative. Reception guy has no manners how to talk. He is very arrogant. Very very bad experience. On top of that this hospital is very expensive. My suggestion please never go here. It is waist of money and no care is been taken care for patient.

This conduct not only made me feel uncomfortable but also disrupted the environment. The staff is not very well trained they don't look after patients. Most of the work is carried by the assistant doctor don't even visit the patients. And medical is charged too much no discount is given on MRP they need to provide better service rather than extracting only money.
Worst hospital. Trust me u'll regret after going there. No cleanliness, no proper staff, and the main thing that doctors are the worst.
Billing department is very rude Lpd billing desk adviser says to me if you have not pay all of bills right now the patient has not bin send for dialysis if you have not money why you come this hospital I have ready to pay the dialysis charge but he told me paid all the bills right now the patient is icu and not done discharge still he talk rudely. And finally my mom died he take the dialysis charge but not done dialysis
