Very bad experience at CHL Hospital. The staff is non-cooperative and shows no empathy. Patients are treated like money machines -- it's all about billing, not care. Shockingly, they even discharged a patient without proper evaluation or informing the family. How can a hospital make such a serious decision without even knowing the full condition of the patient? Absolutely unacceptable. No transparency, no communication, just pure business. Avoid this place if you care about real medical treatment.

The staff lacked cooperation and showed little empathy towards patients, treating us more like numbers than individuals. It seemed their focus was primarily on billing rather than providing care. What shocked me the most was that they discharged a patient without a proper evaluation or informing the family. It's hard to understand how a hospital can make such a significant decision without fully understanding the patient's condition. This lack of transparency and communication is absolutely unacceptable. If you value genuine medical treatment, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Their negligence nearly cost us everything, so please be cautious before trusting them with your health.

Worst hospital I have ever encountered. Faked nursery items first then discarded them. Dr. Here comes in and says "How are you?" Doesn't give medicines and charges consultaation fee of no use. Kindly stop robing people of their decent earnings. Also, they don't change syringes and admitted when confronted with the nurse. Infrastructure is worst as well personal room washrooms are not working and staff is quite arogant behind the doctors. Egoistic staff doesn't help at all. I can share all the details as well all the recordings and images of files as well if the hospital calls this review as fake.

Management is worst, nurses are very lame, not responding to patients query, we waited for 4 hours only for the ECO test. They take half an hour for just 1 patient for 5 min test

Worst hospital only just need money from insurance company with cashless facility. Any stupid charges and the infrastructure is very poor patient will not recover no window for fresh air. Guys don't visit this hospital weather visit any other hospitals

Worst hospital ever. If you want your loved ones to get even sicker, this is the place to go. My mother was referred here by another doctor, and we deeply regret it to this day. The doctors prescribe unnecessary medicines without understanding the root cause, putting my mother on a heavy dose of antibiotics for no reason. The so-called "doctor" shows up once a day, just to charge an outrageous fee. The nursing staff is beyond incompetent--completely unqualified to handle patients. They botched my mother's IV not once but twice, showing complete disregard for her well-being. Even after repeated requests, they ignored us. My mother's condition deteriorated rapidly during her stay. By the time we finally managed to get her discharged, she had suffered a mild stroke. This hospital is a disgrace--ridiculously expensive, poorly staffed, and utterly negligent. Avoid this place at all cost.

I recently visited this hospital for my grandmother's treatment, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was neither professional nor friendly, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. The doctors seemed more focused on making money rather than genuinely caring for their patients. To make matters worse, after five days of treatment, there was no noticeable progress in my patient condition. This lack of effective care and empathy is unacceptable. Overall service is good. Doctors nurses are very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the illness process. Overall staff is good
