Dr. Shree Rhidayam Multispeciality Hospital

The hospital's conditions are very disappointing; the staff members are uncooperative and lack compassion. There's a lack of cleanliness, and the way they speak is unacceptable. Even the patient wants to leave.

"A Horrible Experience" I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience at Rhidayam Hosp. The lack of basic hygiene was shocking. The rooms were filthy, with spider webs and dust everywhere. It felt more like a neglected government hospital than a private facility. The staff's attitude was equally appalling. When we complained about the conditions, they blamed the patient for the mess! It's absolutely ridiculous. To top it all off, their billing system is a nightmare. They have a bizarre policy of not reprinting medical bills, which is incredibly inconvenient. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hospital at all costs. It's a disgrace to the healthcare industry and complain to IMC.

Two stars less for the grave service issues occuring at night time. This review is to make the hospital management aware that your RMO yesterday on 08/01/2024 around 9:00PM denied ECG for a patient who is a k/c/o MI Post PTCA coming with impending chest pain as chief complaint. At the reception counter the female receptionist cannot even write simple name "Rajendra" of my grandfather and he being in pain she is asking him to spell his name out. Myself being a doctor i know its very bad for a cardiology cathlab running hospital to deny simple ECG in the time of emergency. I hope hospital management will take action against the irresponsible RMO who didn't even attend the patient but rather sent message at the reception counter that no need of ECG and come tomorrow, your OP list number is 1. Next day also my grandfather was denied first consultation when he went there early by 8:45AM, still had to stay for 3 nd half hours. This is grave inconvenience caused. Other than that both cardiologists are the best and very deligent in the work and ethics. This review is just to make management aware of the bad name the lower working staff is bringing to the hospital. Hope strict action is taken against the two persons, 1. RMO on duty for his unprofessional act and 2. the receptionist lady for causing inconvenience in terms of registration entry. If i could contact with the management it will be of great good. Because of unavailability of contact /mail ID for complaint had to write this review, a dedicated email for written complaints which is directly under scrutiny by hospital management; if there would be very useful.

Shree Rhidayam Hospital is the first Pre NABH accrediated Multispeciality Hospital in Our Bhusawal Region.It offers various Speciality and Superspeciality Services like Cardiology, Critical Care, Trauma, Neurosurgery and Spine surgery, fascio maxillary, Gastroenterology,orthosurgery etc.

1- Sanitization is a big issue. The pot which they provide to patients for washing face can be found in toilet. Toilets are not clean. 2- Staff sleeps in ICU patients room on floor. 3- Doctors come in late and do not care about people's time. 4- They will tell you different charges for ICU on different days. If you want to get screwed then go there. 5- Doctor / Admin staff do not ask if you have insurance or not and even if you do then they don't know the procedure for it.. They will instead ask you to go and check.. Ridiculous 6- Lab results are faulty at times. Don't know why the refer to such pathology labs. This could lead to wrong diagnosis. 7- Nurses are short tempered. They lack patience. I could have given negative rating but the option is not available there. I read the previous reviews and noticed that they try to cover it up. As soon as someone posts a bad reviews magically few positive reviews are posted so that negative review goes down in the list.

Doctors and nurses are so polite and good. But they demand advance charges for each day if patient is admitted. And medical store person is always saying we don't have change money because his intention was not give change money back of your medicine to customers. He 3 times did not give me return change money saying this, so I am giving 3 stars.

Took my mother to this hospital, they diagnosed her with diabetes and started her medicine. Within 3 days my mother started feeling pretty sick, Turns out they didn't diagnose her correctly. To sum up, the doctors are a joke and I have no idea how they are still practising. From my side we were fortunate enough that we could consult another doctor and stop the medicines they give. Highly recommended NOT to go here.
