Dr. Prime Hospital Bhiwandi

I recently had the opportunity to receive care at Prime hospital, and I cannot express how impressed I was with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless. The medical staff, including nurses and doctors, were exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. Their dedication to patient care truly stood out. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. I felt reassured knowing that I was in a safe and hygienic environment.

My experience at Prime Hospital Bhiwandi with Dr. Hammad Momin was disappointing due to poor management and lack of professionalism. The staff failed to provide clear information about the doctor's availability and consultation room, leaving patients confused and frustrated. Despite having an appointment, Dr. Hammad Momin did not adhere to the scheduled time, leading to excessive waiting without any proper communication. The staff was uncooperative and showed little concern for patients' time and comfort. Prime Hospital Bhiwandi needs significant improvement in patient management, staff behavior, and time management to enhance the overall experience.

One the Best Familiar hospital in Bhiwandi. Drs are best and well experience in all cornice and acute disease. One more important meg the Nursing staff and other staff also well experience as good as Paitent needed.

I want to say about the difficulties I have encountered while trying to secure an appointment at your hospital. For the past four days, I have been trying to reach your staff, but my calls have often gone unanswered. When I was finally able to speak with someone, I was informed that the appointment slots were already full. This experience has been frustrating, and I would appreciate any good assistance you can provide in helping people schedule an appointment. I have noticed that interactions with the staff can sometimes become tense. It seems there may be a communication issue that leads to misunderstandings so for me I would give -5 stars to this hospital.
