Dr. Orange

I had the very worst experience. Since one of my sibling got fainted in the morning of Sunday i.e 21st of July the same year . We had to rush to the nearby hospital our neighbours who supported us to shift him to a very first hospital near Dhamankar naka was an orange hospital. It was the most bad decision we have ever made. The hospital has no patients at all. Our patient was only one patient in this whole 3 floored hospital. For emergencies only one doctor was available at that time he gave him the first aid treatment that was needed for scar epilepsy. Dr. Sandeep treated him well and was coordinating the chief Dr on call .After we got to know the MD doctor was not available we rushed to the doctor and told him that we wanted to shift him to another hospital but the doctor declined and said we should first take him to the MRI and we agreed. After our patient came after MRI they shifted him to the ICU and guess what the monitor of ICU was not working even though they were not having a stethoscope also. One of our friends is an MBBS doctor he was taking care of our the patient and he only made a monitor work . He was asking them for a stethoscope that was not present in the ICU the nurses were searching for a stethoscope when he asked for it. Even they don't know how to start the icu monitor .Even they don't have a wheelchair present in the hospital. The bill was more than 22k for 2 days and many blood tests , x-ray and MRI it went up to 39k . And the blood test which was required first was Vit- B6. The test costs 4500 rs and for that payment they did more than 4-5 calls to me for the payment. I even told them I'm on my way and I live nearby the hospital only but no they made a call on call to me every 2 minutes . I came to the hospital and made a payment for it. The test results which were supposed to be delivered in 3 days i.e(25th of July) were not delivered till the 27th of July . Then one of my siblings went to the hospital personally and asked what the problem was Their answer was that a test is not required for the patient so we declined it and cancelled the sample without informing us . So we've asked for our money back. Even though I made a visit personally to ask them, the staff did not know what was going on and started responding vaguely. Then I asked the receptionist number which was responsible for the payment he started giving me the same answer and he told me " Tumche paise kuthe janar nahit madam ". It's being 10days now we've not received our money.Even today i.e 1st of august they've not sent our money back. And the Bill what a great bill we've received it's like some kids are playing Dr-Dr at home . They've not given us any computer generated bill instead they gave us a bill written on the full scape paper. I asked them to get the bill regenerated in the computerized manner but still they've not done any kind of work for it . The hospital has no management at all everybody here is non professional. Their computer cabinets and whole Hospital including each unit are vacant . No doctor is available on Monday as well. Please do not visit this hospital at any cost. It's my personal request for you. Waste of money , time and energy. If Google had a feature to rate then a chance to review them 0 ( Zero) I would definitely do it . Let's see now at what day they're returning our money back.

my son has admitted to this hospital. the management of this hospital is less than poor . Very expensive and No dr. is available when you're on emergency visit and also no dr. is available on call duty too . we had very bad experience . in some days may be this hospital would be shut down totally . whole hospital is empty . and the billing cabin and pharmacy is also shutted down no lights are on at the billing counter. Its a Simply called " khandar hospital" . we had an very bad experience till now . the bill which we got was written on full scape page. zero tolerance hospitality.

One of the best hospital I visited. Dr. Naval shinde the best physician .His treatment is Op. Good management / Nusre staff are amazing and supportive.
