Dr. Gurukrupa Hospital

This review behalf on my 7 days experience in hospital. I was observed very well the Doctor Mr.Arun Patil and there hospital staff. I was hospitalised in Cashless (ICICI Lombard) for my right knee ligament opration. *They give me a special room with dirty blanket and bedsheet. AC not working TV not working. * Put IV in right hand and injection was fail lots of blood loss but I just ignored. * They not send cashless request on time due to the computer issue they have only 1 computer in entire hospital and there is no TPA desk. They don't have battery back-up also. * if you asking anything in hospital they not given proper answers they said you should asked directly to the doctor. when I call the doctor then doctor said why you calling me don't bothered me. *Hospital staff and nurses, RMO Mr.Niyaz they don't know how dressing how to used oilment, bandez, sticking tape etc.have sence how to speak with patient behaviour is very rude with us specially medical staff. * After the initial cashless claim received from insurance company they not doing opration. They said you should deposit 50-60K for security deposit. But the insurance company said you all opration will cover in Cashless claim you don't have to pay any money. But they doctor not accept this. So I was deposit 50K. When your hospital bill paid they don't remember you if you will visit again they not give you respect and respons. #NO GOOD DOCTOR #NO GOOD MEDICAL STAFF & NURSES,RMO #NO CLEAN ROOMS, BEDSHEET BLANKET #NO GOOD TREATMENT #NASTY HOSPITAL

Very good service provide by gurukrupa hospital ... Hospital staff behaviour and administration support was very nice ....consultants are very polite and well experienced . Resident doctors are explained everything well. Recommended

We had an excellent experience at Gurukrupa hospital, Bhiwandi. . Both consultant , Resident doctor staff, nursing staff, administration , cashless facility (TPA) dept everyone's efforts are well appreciated! Recommended.

Not a good hospital Doctor timing are not fixed. Staff behaviour is so rude especially chemist and medical staff Dirty room dirty bedsheet and blanket not maintained hygiene. Don't go for cashless treatment here.
