He is bad when it comes to listning patient queries. He always in hurry even the queue is less. He only ask for reports. Need to change this

Good emergency Hospital in Bhandara city... I have notice that a child specialist came at midnight at 2:45 am and attended my Daughter. Thank You very much But some of employees are very arrogant specially Nurses. Every time they are gossip and busy on phone, watching movie . but i notice 2-3 nurse are very helpful... And when i go for last check up the Dr also busy on mobile for 45 minutes and literally we are waiting for 45 minutes... No detail discussion, no suggestion, they run hospital only for money... I have pay the every single bill and after that they charge a 100 Rs for injection only and 100 Rs only for report check...

It is a great hospital with very good hospitality. Doctors & staff are very polite, caring and cooperative. One of my relative got admitted in hospital in December they provided all the facilities with the minimum rates with all the efficiency. Me and my relatives were fully satisfied with the services.

Services at this hospital are pathetic, every single nurse in this hospital is arrogant and rude with patients and their relatives, doctor is also not bothered about complaints coming from patients. My father was hospitalized for 4 days and there is no improvement in his health nor the doctor has explained us what should we do to improve his health post discharge. Complete unprofessional and careless people can be found in this team of city care hospital doctor and nurses.
