I called Radiant Hospital, Amravati, during a medical emergency to confirm if we could bring a patient, as we were traveling from another city. Shockingly, the person who answered the call was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering basic courtesy or assistance, he responded arrogantly just for asking if it was Radiant Hospital, saying we shouldn't "waste time with such questions" and should talk only about the patient. In a critical situation, such a response is not just unprofessional it's inhumane, unethical. Emergency services demand empathy, clarity, and support, none of which we received. If this is how they handle distress calls, I would strongly advise others to think twice before depending on this hospital in urgent situations.

I was extremely thirsty and asked for water, but I didn't receive even a glass for an hour post-surgery. The nurses were highly irresponsible--when one came to take my blood sample, she didn't even apply cotton to the puncture site after drawing blood. It was truly disappointing
