Not recommended as ENT Clinic if you want to take care of your ear I'm not sure how this hospital is getting 5-star reviews. I've visited four times for my mother, and each time the doctor claims there's fungus in her ear. While I'm not saying the doctor is wrong, I consulted another hospital, and the diagnosis was different. Regarding the staff: Today I visited for an emergency since the regular doctor wasn't available. The staff was incredibly rude, and when I tried to pay online, they told me they don't accept online payments, even though I always prefer to pay that way. Now, I feel like I wasted my time here. If I had waited until Monday, I could have seen our regular doctor (Kulkarni ENT Clinic, Pipeline Road). I'll have to visit them again, as Dr. Gurvaley once again insists it's ear fungus and that it needs to be cleaned. I don't understand why this doctor seems to diagnose ear fungus for everyone.
