very good hospital in katni Dr Rishabh sir and Dr Parul mam is also very nice in nature. They should deserve 5 stars

Worst experience ever The staff in the hospital is very rude and unattentive, there is no care for patients, you have wait a lot in line, the staff management is worst ever

Doctor is very good and cordial. But overall management is pathetic. I have visited the doctor from 8 km away with intense chest pain at 9 am. But receptionist said come after 2:30 pm.There was only 5 patients who were waiting physically. I left no other choice than visiting other doctor.

Worst Horrible experience. 1. Staff not politely behavior. 2. Very long waiting time period. 3. Waiting for anything like cbc, number, checkup. 4. No phone call numbering system only physical attend and fee deposit before . Over all morning to night spend this hospital for checkup may be possible checkup.

Dr. Rishabh Jain is an excellent doctor

That dr Parul was not good in behaviour shouting on patient instead of correct her self she found excuses its not good she hurt me thrice while doing scanning dr also has to leave their ego aside and should treat patients politely I won't recommend this
