Dr. Dharmlok Hospital

Extremely disappointing experience. The emergency ward was in a highly unhygienic condition, which is unacceptable for any medical facility. Dr. Rastogi appeared to be very unprofessional and did not inspire confidence--his conduct and approach didn't reflect the standards expected from a qualified medical professional. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

Hospital is good, no rush, quick service but improvement needed, bedsheet are red colour and not cleaned properly, toilet are smelling bad even in private room, parking is not available for patients vehicle, very rude gate man, birth certificates are not made by hospital itself, every other private hospital makes birth certificate of child born in hospital.

The hospital staff do not speak politely and respectfully. When we try to explain a problem, they keep sending us from one counter to another

I have admitted my wife for c-section delivery, Best hospital in katni with NICU facility, Dr. Harsha Batra (Dr. Rajesh Batra as well) was outstanding, down to earth full attentive supporting staff also very good, Only thing is food facility is yet to start ,you have to arrange your food from canteen at ground floor but quality was not upto the mark.
