The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the overall quality of service was far below acceptable standards. The management appears to be poorly organized, and the level of care and attention given to patients was highly disappointing. I expected a far more respectful and efficient experience, and I hope immediate action is taken to improve both staff conduct and service quality. All though makeing bills..

If you're willing to waste your money and play with your loved one's health, you can go to this hospital. They always try to keep patients and their families stuck in treatment and refuse to discharge them. Even an MRI report takes 48 hours to be released. If you mention that you have medical insurance, they will try to keep you in the ICU for at least five days just to inflate the bill and make more money. I will rate them negatively if I have the option.

I'm deeply disappointed with the behavior of Dr. Pawan Gupta, who was on duty in the ICCU. As someone entrusted with critical patient care, his conduct was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He spoke to us--attendants of a critically ill patient--in a rude and dismissive manner, showing a complete lack of empathy and basic communication skills. It's shocking to encounter such ill-mannered behavior in a medical professional. Patients and their families are already under immense stress, and instead of offering clarity or compassion, Dr. Gupta added to our distress with his tone and attitude. This review is not written lightly--it is a serious call for accountability. I sincerely hope the hospital administration looks into this matter and ensures that such behavior is not repeated with other families.
