Dr. Life Medicity Multi Speciality Hospital

I underwent surgery at this hospital, performed by Dr. Mukesh Sir, who is extremely humble and polite. The operation theatre staff was also very kind, polite, and caring. The rest of the hospital staff were also excellent. My experience at this hospital was truly outstanding, and the facilities provided were excellent.

Pathetic service pathetic hospital...I would not recommend anyone to consult this hospital and Dr. Mukesh Srivastava. I recently went under laser surgery....but I found no recovery. When I visited the hospital to meet dr. Mukesh Srivastava they are making pathetic excuses. Please don't come here for any kind of treatment.

I have never seen such mismanaged private hospital in my entire life. Totally disappointed with the treatment, doctors,hygiene,pathology,account department,room facility. Other hospital's canteen is more hygienic than this hospital's OT (operation) room Every testing instrument is very old. Their Xray machine looks like kabad. 70% of their beds are broken None of any doctor is punctual At last i would suggest if you want to save your patient's life , time and money try to avoid going into this hospital Thank you

Staff is untrained. No management . They do not give value to your time. Their only motive is to get money. I will suggest to not go in this hospital

??SUPER FRAUD HOSPITAL?? I admitted my father here. They just looted lakhs of rupees from me. False sonography reports done. Dr Mukesh Shrivastava (head) is just a businessman not doctor. They make fool us by giving false advices. They insisted me for surgery which was not needed at all. Be aware if you have insurance policy, they will loot the company and it will not benefit the patient. Please do not go there. Instead get treatment from many individual clinics available outside.

It should be named as SUPER FRAUD HOSPITAL.. DR Mukesh shrivastav head of this hospital is a fraud money minded doctor.. lootera doctor...there should be an option of giving minus ratings.. They admit patients unnecessarily in iccu for many days just for money... and charges of icu is not less than a 5-star hotel room... worst hospital in jabalpur..even govt hospitals can provide better treatment than this hosp.. Dont waste your time and money here .
