Negative Review for Jabalpur Hospital, Jabalpur I had a very disappointing experience at Jabalpur Hospital. First of all, the vehicle parking facilities are extremely poor--it's chaotic, unorganized, and there is no proper guidance from staff or signage. Finding a spot is a hassle, and it only adds to the frustration when you're already there for medical concerns. Despite paying a considerable amount for services, the waiting time is unreasonably long. Whether it's for basic consultations, reports, or even billing, the entire process is slow and poorly managed. It feels like the staff is not concerned about patient time or comfort. To make matters worse, the staff behavior is shockingly rude and unhelpful. There is a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. Queries are met with impatience, and instead of guiding patients, the staff often seem irritated by even simple questions. Overall, the hospital seriously needs to improve its administration, train its staff in basic etiquette, and address its infrastructure issues. I do not recommend it unless absolutely necessary.

This is one of the best hospital in the city..very much satisfied with hospital service and staff behaviour..would recommend others to visit this hospital.i am happy to get treated from here.

A very excellent experience each and every aspect is covered very nicely. We were blessed with a baby girl on 21 may 2025. For that Special thanks to Dr. Sumit Das Sir and Dr Pragya Dhirawani for painless normal delivery. Everything is well managed by both and team and I have never seen such organised works anywhere else in Jabalpur. All the necessary tests were perfectly explained by Dr Pragya Dheerawanai. She is very humble in nature and explains all the necessary precautions that need to be taken care throughout the pregnancy.

1. Amenities are not good enough 2. They don't provide Handwash even in delux room, they don't have excess bedsheets and pillow covers, for next patient, they provide used, stained bedsheet, they couldn't provide Pillow cover to the patient in semi private room. 3. Without attender you are not supposed get treated well, because they don't provide on the bed service. 4. Medanta Hospital should be in Jabalpur, I liked it's services, I was admitted there for treatment without any attender and they literally provided me all the services on bed, 5. Medanta hospital gives TV with cable connection in semi private rooms. Their washroom are modern & remains 100% hygiene, 6. In Jabalpur hospital beds are also of old model 7. They don't provide gown/or dress to patient. 8. Couch in semi private room is also very old, need renewal. 9. Fire safety sprinklers are in gallery/passage only not in rooms 10. Suggestion book or feedback book not available 11. Duty doctor is also hopless Photos are of semi private room

This is a very good hospital. Its staff is very hardworking. My experience here has been very good. Dr Duggal is a very good doctor.
