Dr. Bhandari Hospital

Very bad experience, Highly costly treatment, my father was admitted and he was given an injection which created some complications later on about which we come to know from other docs when we admitted him in another good hospital somewhere else, if you try to discharge the patient they try to misbehave with you as well and make accusations, the private rooms are too ordinary, one round of doctor visit also cost you in thousand just to hello even, try to get the budget of the treatment first so you be prepared with the finances else the cost of the treatment exceeds much higher than the actual

Pathetic experience in this hospital. I took my aunt yesterday. We were told if we reach there by 10:30 am , they would do the operation and she will be released by today morning. I drove from Mandla to reach there on time. They did the initial check up and its report came in the evening 4pm. Doctor was supposed to visit at 3 pm but came by 5:30 pm. Nothing was told to us about the report and operation. On asking (7pm) they said Hemoglobin is low so we can't operate at this moment. They gave 2 options : 1. To wait for a month till hg gets back to normal 2. Operate and be prepared for blood required in case of hg drop. We opted for option 2 as aunt condition is very serious. But we didn't get any response from they. Again after asking(9pm) they said we can't operate. We will do it in the morning. Be prepared with the blood required in the morning. Now we are here(11:30am) with everything required and still the doctor is not here( got to know he is operating in golden hospital as money is the priority). People working here actually just care about their attendance and salary is what I believe. They don't have any compassion for the people dealing with life and death situations. One suggestion would be if you really care about your loved ones....don't come here Edit 1: By operation, I mean Angioplasty.

Nice behaviour of the doctor and staff is good

he is such a genius i have a bone fracture in my ankle he treated me without any pain and his behaviour is also very good and the way of talking is also awesome staff behaviour is great and his treatment is pocket friendly thanks to dr bhandari

Even a review of 1 is more for Bhandari Hospital especially the ICU. If you want your loved ones to survive, then never take them to this hospital. We have been in the ICU with our patient and seen for ourselves how insensitive, careless and pathetic the nurses in the ICU are. Leave alone the ICU they are not human enough to know how their carelessness can impact the patients life. Doctors visit is not frequent as it should be. It should not be fixed, but vary based on the patients situation and reports. The staff does not know how to take precautions with the Ryles Tube, neither they take care of changing the ventilator parameters if SPO2 drops. In top of that if you point out their mistakes they have an attitude to fight and ask you to leave the premises instead of agreeing that they did a horrific mistake. I don't know if this review will ever reach Dr. Bhandari, who I am not sure even cares, but if it does Dr. just opening an ICU is not enough, you need to go to the root level to ensure the nurses who directly deal with the patient are human enough to atleast care for the patient. If someone in your family is serious, please never admit them here. Even if they are in a better condition they might turn into a serious patient. Please be careful

0 star is not allowing so 1 but its minus 5 star for the doctor Bhandari hospital management and staff behaviour especially sonography department doctor. He doesn't know how to talk with patients and treats like his kingdom. Its understandable you have experience and pressure but you don't have any right to talk rudely with patients. Recommend everyone to do their sonography from outside any clinic.
