This hospital is very bad. Whenever you go there, you never get to see the doctor -- it's always the assistant who checks you. Even when you try to confirm information at the reception, they give you incorrect details. And when you ask to give feedback, the staff behaves rudely. If the check-up is going to be done by the assistant, then why do they charge the consultation fee for the doctor? People come to the hospital when they're in distress, but even then, this staff shows no humanity. This feedback is specifically for Dr. Girish Gupta and his assistant. Please keep hospital staff who are polite and treat patients with proper behavior.

They often encourage patients to take physiotherapy sessions, even when they may not be necessary. Additionally, the fees for lab analyses and check-ups are quite high. If you want to recover quickly and spend your money wisely, I would recommend avoiding this hospital.

It needs repairs and repaints. The exhaust fan is not working even after taking the deluxe room if you want to go on the airconditioner then one person goes downstairs,unlocks the switch and then it can be on and if after some time you need to make it off then in room there is no option to do so, again same procedure should be followed . See furniture,if you want to open the downside drawer then first of all you have to sit beside the sofa for opening it, The height of the bed is a little bit high from the point of view of a patient But best part is that staff is good and cooperative.
