When my mother age of 80 encounter with an cardiac attack and approach a famous hospital in indore where found more than 90% blockage in all three vains, they directly recommend to bypass surgery, looking to her age we advise to do angioplasty they tried but not sucess and advice us to go Mumbai or Delhi for angioplasty after 4 month we approach Dr. Rao at Apollo Indore and he confidently do it in within 45 minutes without any problem. In my opinion he is the best angioplasty surgen, daily handling so many patients, yes he is lack of time as he is always busy with his patients.

Dr Rao his so busy with his number of clients that he doesn't give his personal attention to patient and delegate all his work to his team. I lost my dad but he didn't have courtesy to come and meet me and my family and say apologies and left everything on his team. Never seen such unprofessional doctor ever in my life.

Dr rao is an excellent diagnostician .He very patiently addressed all our concerns and let us explain in details about our complaints. He dosent answer ur queries, just says everything will be alright, Doctor we patients want to know the actual diagnosis and line of treatment instead of false reassurance, pls spend time with your patients and answer their queries.

It's not because he wasn't able to save my papa but he didn't have the courtesy to come and console us or say atleast sorry.. moreover I messaged him on wats app and he didn't bother to revert back.
