I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Archna Rathi & their dummy staff After multiple follow-ups with dr Archna Rathi for sign or authorisation of the own prescription but she refused to do so. I never expected such unprofessional and unethical practices from Archana ma'am. Despite my repeated efforts and clear communication at initial stage nobody bothered about it. Least expectation from a doctor to support their patients not create obstacles I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who is not accountable for their Words and Values.
