My father recently underwent hip replacement surgery, and I must say the hospital exceeded our expectations. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is exceptionally supportive. The doctors were always available to guide and assist both the patient and family, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. We came here based on a recommendation from our family doctor, Dr. Iqbal Qureshi, who was incredibly helpful and introduced us to Dr. Manish Ladhania--a truly kind, experienced, and skilled professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital, especially when compared to our past experiences at other well-known hospitals in Indore like Bombay, Apollo, Shalby, and Medanta. If you're spending a similar amount, it makes sense to choose the best care and facility available--and this hospital truly delivers. Every penny spent felt worthwhile. The only area that needs improvement is the canteen, which is run by a third-party vendor. The food quality doesn't meet Indore's standards. We hope the hospital management will look into this and make the necessary changes, as food quality is an important part of the overall patient and visitor experience.

I recently went for a full health check-up at Kokilaben Hospital, Indore, and the experience was truly smooth and comforting. The staff was very helpful, kind, and well-organized, which made the whole process easy. All the important tests were done properly, and I really appreciated that the doctors discussed the reports and gave their advice on the same day. What I liked most was the care and respect I felt throughout, from the way people spoke to me to how they guided me through each step. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality and the number of tests included. I genuinely feel this is one of the best places in Indore for a health check-up. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a complete health check-up.

I had better expectations for my health checkup. I paid almost 9k rupees for health checkup which was conducted very nicely. But next day when I went for doctor consultation, the doctors weren't much interested in analyzing the reports and we're not attentive at all. Maybe they thought they aren't being paid for the consultation so why to pay much attention. I still feel there is a scope for improvement.

We are very satisfied with the care and medical support provided by the team of Doctors @ KDH Indore during my mothers treatment at ICU few month ago. We would like to thank Dr. Prince Gupta, Dr. Pradeep Pokharna and Dr. Jitendra Sharma and their department team members duty doctors, nursing staff @ ICU and later in semi private ward. The Team of above doctors did excellent professional job at their doctors duty. We had some issues with administration like cleanliness at dormitory area etc. Its new property so staff is less i believe may it would be improved by time. But at the end of the day we are there for treatment, so they did there job well ! We again thankful to Dr. Jitendra Sharma ( Physiotherapy dept) for giving confidence to my mother to walk well and excercise after surgery, Dr. Prince Gupta while taking care of her at emergency dept and later in ICU with friendly gesture with my mother and treated her well, Dr. Pokharna taking care of surgery and later medical advises and giving confidence in our patient to recover fast. I do not want to comment on money/ comfort /other non medical facilities, the prime objective is treatment and care of the patient. KDH Indore has lot more to do on many fronts though they have good medical team, if they do so they have very good place in MP.

I am completely dissatisfied with the services and the health check-up packages. I opted for the Platinum Health Check-up package for my parents and paid 20,000 in total. I already regret this decision. The services were subpar, and the reporting process was poorly handled. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's better to choose Vishesh Jupiter Hospital -- their services are more economical and systematically managed.
