Overall, we had a positive experience at the hospital. The management was excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to diet management -- it was handled very well. The PICU staff and senior doctors provided outstanding care, and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and dedication. However, we did notice an area that could be improved. In the private rooms, the responsiveness of the nursing staff needs some attention. We often had to call multiple times to get assistance, as the nurses were frequently engaged elsewhere. It would be helpful if this aspect could be looked into, to ensure quicker and more attentive service for patients in private rooms. Thank you for your overall care and service.

I recently underwent my DGCA Class 1 medical examination at Apollo Hospital, Indore, and I must say the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The hospital staff ensured a hassle-free experience, making each step efficient and comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Kush and Miss Usha, who were extremely supportive throughout the process. Their guidance and assistance made everything seamless, from scheduling the tests to navigating through the different medical procedures. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Overall, my experience at Apollo Hospital was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, the medical team was thorough, and the process was well-structured. I first took my younger sister to Dr. Goyal and Dr. Vyas for consultation. Both of them explained everything so well that it didn't even feel like we were meeting them for the first time. They gave us ample time, carefully went through all the reports, and listened attentively to her concerns. We are truly grateful to them for their kind and considerate approach.

Highly unprofessional and unethical staff.. Celebrating someone's birthday is more important than the patients..If your celebration is so important why are you giving appointments at the first place...Kindly replace this hospital with a celebration hall...shame on You!!!!!! I am sharing my feedback regarding recent experience in Apollo Hospital ,where my mother was admitted. All the hospital staff like Doctor, Dr Roshan Rao sir ,Dr, Sarita Rao nurses biji Shukla, Seema dawar , administrative and housekeeping were very good in their professionalism, and promptness. Especially appreciate Mr, Brijendra Dwivedi sir like were very polite and helpful. Their care and concern ensured that we felt reassured!!

Dr. Sunil rajan sir and team good support We had a great experience at Apollo Hospital... The care they took of our mother was really good she recovered well and she had a speedy recovery. All the staff Doctors Sisters and Housekeeping staff all the Maushi's were fabulous very neat and clean environment for patients.
