One of the most confused staff and a lot of internal issues among the staff and it was totally looked like the hub of politics. They asked me to change my room even it was not needed but still I did. In 3 days I was in CCU 2 times, private room 2 times and 1 time in super deluxe room. Staff is well qualified and they behaves well as well but they use to target each other and parking was also an issue.
