Best Multi-speciality hospital i have ever seen. The hospital on a whole has a good environment and its very clean and really one of a kind. I want to express my sincere gratitude. I am highly impressed at the treatment my family member have received starting from the entrance at reception , the general ward and ICU staff. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. (Pankaj Bhutada) really took his time to explain my member's conditions with me as well as their treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. My father got bit angry and that caused him right side paralysis, as soon as we visited Balaji hospital, it was good gesture of Dr. Buthada to visit my father in our vehicle itself and asked him to go for CT scan. Through CT scan we found that it was brain haemorrhage which is caused him paralysis. Dr Buthada started procedure for treating brain haemorrhage. By the way age of my father is 62 years he is diabetic and have high blood pressure as well. Let me tell you friends , all our family members and relatives asked us to take him to nagpur because it is a case of nuro. But giving treatment to patient timely is more important than take him places. So we started his treatment at Balaji Hospital . Kindly note that for all brain haemorrhage patients first 72 hours of treatment is important and all the doctors follow same standard operating procedure (SOP). The sooner you visit any hospital ans start the treatment it is better for the recover of the patient. We still got the medicines he was given at Balajj crossed checked . All the doctors we consulted suggested us that we should continue his treatment at Balaji itself. Even Dr Buthada was very open about his treatment and our decision to take him to Nagpur if we want. Father started showing little improvement from the very first day. We had positive sign to go ahead with treatment. So, he was hospitalised for 6-7 days and discharged. So he was very weak , memory loss and needed support to walk. Neuro cases takes time to recover, but physiotherapy and medicines plays an important role in treatment. For physiotherapy we Visited Dr. Ekta sahu, and feel blessed to find another gem to take care of my father in his recovery. She is very gentle and has lot of patience to deal with her patients. After 2 month he is doing much much better . He had a temporary memory loss which is now recovered. He is walking on his own and speaking properly. Although sometimes he calls us with some other name. Hope this experience will help someone. Please don't consider this experience as benchmark, every patient has different issue and according you should consult a doctor. Stat healthy stay Wealthy.
