Dr. Co-operative Hospital vadakara

I had a good experience at this hospital overall. The doctors are excellent and provide great care. The hospital facilities are also well-maintained. However, I feel that some of the staff nurse in the general ward could improve their behavior towards patients. Aside from that, it's a good hospital and I appreciate the service provide me.

My husband underwent bypass surgery last week. He is fine now. I am extremely satisfied with all the Doctors, the nurses in the I T U, all the attenders and each and everyone involved in treating my husband. My gratitude to Dr Prajeesh, a gem of a person ,he explained to us about the risk factor if untreated in simple mannerwithout panicking us. Angiogram was done by Dr Sreekumar I thank him too.Overall I am impressed and suggest anybody in need of cardiac treatment to visit this hospital. I once again thank all the nurses and staff of the 5th and 6th floor from the bottom of my heart for their good behaviour and caring.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent care and professionalism I experienced during my recent hospital stay. Dr Prajeesh T C stands out as exceptional surgeon. From the very beginning,he took the time to calmly and clearly explain the details of the surgical procedure, as well as the current medical condition. Hisability to simplify complex medical terms and communicate with reassurance helped ease anyanxiety I had. What truly made a difference was his composed and approachable manner which inspired trust and confidence. Additionally, his commitment to patient care was evident through his regular visits to monitor progress and ensure that everything was on track post surgery. Harish,thenursing in charge also deserves a special mention. He demonstrated remarkable dedication,attentiveness and empathy throughout the stay. His leadership was clearly reflected in the smooth coordinating and high standard of care provided by the nursing team.My special thanks to Dr Aushin the R M O as well he coordinated well .Each of my queries was heard and weell answered. Overall my experience at the hospital was very positive and I am grateful for the outstanding support provided by all.Thank you all for maintaining high standards in patient care.

Very bad time management. Receptionist told to reach hospital at 8 and op will start 8:30 But doctor came 9:45 Until this time they just say doctor not reached They don't know wen he will reach Why he late Nothing..... So I lost my one day.

The doctors and staff provided really poor service. Their priorities are not the patients' well-being, instead, they are focused on one thing, money. I went there for my grandmother's surgery on abdominal troubles. However, it is only after entering the operating theatre that we are informed that two surgeries are required for the two sections of stomach. This is the first time I have heard this in my life. Why don't they consider both physical and mental health of the patient? Why don't they convey this to bystanders or their families? Finally, during the discharge process, they presented a large bill. However, the nursing staff behaves well and is helpful.

Pathetic treatment , careless attitude of doctors...What is the use of making money if patients are not satisfied with treatment they receive...doctors in this hospital should really self introspect....

Very pethtic service..if u want better treatment don't go this hospital.. . It's my experience....

My grandmother underwent open heart surgery 1 week before in *BSA Heartfoundation.CTVS Department has very good facility, especially there ICU with very experienced staff. Took care of my 84 year old grandma very well. Dr. Prajeesh sir and his team of doctors were available round the clock and got discharged on 5th day. Even after discharge doctor was available on phone for any kind of opinion and guidances would definitely recommend. I thank Dr Prajeesh and team and BCA Heart Foundation & I wish for the speedy recovery and better health of my grandmother.
