Excellent doctors (especially Dr. Lee, Vinitha, Dhanya etc ) and nursing care ( Floor No. 02 and NICU ) The worst experience with their pharmacy system. Especially on nights and Sundays. Waste at least 1.5 hours in their 'Q' system for medicine billing and collection .

My husband was admitted under the treatment of dr.jimmy sir, paul Jhonny sir both the doctors are excellent treatment. I express my sincere gratitude to TCH service... Excellent nursing care. Highly supportive departments and staffs are here. Thank u team.

I have good experience with in this hospital service. Before Iam came here I'm very nervous and totally depressed and mentally down about delivering baby. But my doctor Vineetha madam help me to get out my problem. She was very kind and very encouraging person. She always encourage me and told me that you can do it and you will do it like that. And also the labour room department staffs and other nurses also very kind and helpful peoples. Iam very much satisfied with his hospital and this atmosphere. A star for the irespective behavior of few staff at the famous Gynochology dr office. I took a tocken which was in between 20-25,two weeks ago very early in the morning for easiness to consult the dr.. Because of scaning and late of certificate proceedings from their own hospital i was just on time to this dr's office. When i was there a number just ahead me was waiting outside. I gave my op number to the staff before the next number of me enter the dr office. There were no reason not to see the doc on that time. But the staff made us to wait until the op 41 see the dr. Whenever i went to ask her about the reason the staff was so arrogant on us, sometimes don't even care us, i said she is pregenent and ate nothing, all those times the staff that young girl staff was saying "wait will call us, waite will call us". It was then 3 and 30 pm we saw the doc. Due to their irresponsible behavior they were saying they couldn't find my file. . Because of waiting for the doc and the staff saying "will call waite" we couldn't eat or drink atleast a tea till that time. While My wife is pregnant and just because of the staff iresponsibility for dealing the files and considering her situation wife was found dizzy and de hydrated after seeing the doc. Because of the staff sayings to waite we couldn't go anywhere, we were not known when will the staff call us. I am not blaming the whole system but i here by express my bad experience from the hospital famous Gynaecologist dr's staff. They called whome they liked. I changed the hospital. I don't want to hurt my wife and child by this irresponsible behavior and approach of the staff. It really affected both mentally and physically. The staff said reason was they couldn't find our file. Was that our mistake. Did we do that?. Anyway Wishing all the best to those staff and pray for their well being. Thanks lot for making the day most worst in our life. This not a complaint but an experience i faced personally from the hospital.

My mother was under the treatment od dr. Vinod is very good treatment. Excellent nursing care and clean and neat room facility. Housekeeping depart good. All other departments are good.
