My mother was admitted for a week following surgery, and overall, our experience was good. Her treating doctors were thorough in explaining the recovery process and visited regularly. The nursing care was also commendable. Although everything went well, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: Patient Bed: The bed in the room was too high, making it uncomfortable and difficult for post-operative patients to get in and out. It would be helpful if the bed height were adjustable to better accommodate patients recovering from surgery. Chair in the Patient Room: The chair provided was made of iron and not suitable for post-operative patients. It was slippery and caused discomfort, making it unsafe for sitting. Parking: Parking is a major issue. It's extremely difficult to find a spot inside the hospital premises--you're lucky if you manage to get one. Connectivity Between Blocks: It would be greatly appreciated if all blocks were interconnected with covered walkways. This would make it easier for bystanders to move around without getting wet during rain

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care and service I received during my son's treatment at your hospital. From the moment he was admitted, we experienced the highest standards of medical attention and hospitality. The dedication, professionalism, and compassion shown by the doctors and nursing staff were truly commendable. I would also like to appreciate the seamless coordination of services--from the prompt delivery of meals from the canteen to the room, to the efficient medical supply arrangements and housekeeping support. Every department worked in harmony, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene at all times. However, I would like to offer a small suggestion. I was unable to avail cashless treatment as my health insurance provider does not currently list your hospital under their network. I had to go through the reimbursement route, which involved additional paperwork and waiting. I kindly urge the hospital administration to consider expanding partnerships with more insurance companies to include a wider range of providers under the cashless treatment facility. This would undoubtedly ease the process for many patients and enhance the overall care experience.

From admission to discharge, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The nursing staff deserves special mention--they were incredibly kind, patient, and responsive, always ensuring I was comfortable and cared for. The doctors and medical staff at the hospital are excellent -- very professional and caring. However, the management could use improvement, and the parking area is quite congested, which can be inconvenient.
