I recently had to visit the Emergency Department at Daya Hospital, and I would like to share my experience. The emergency staff were responsive and efficient in handling the situation. The doctors and nurses in the ER were professional and acted quickly to stabilize the patient. The triage process was fast, and the patient was attended to without unnecessary delays, which is exactly what you hope for in an emergency. The facilities were fairly modern, with clean surroundings and well-maintained equipment. There's a clear attempt to maintain hygiene and patient privacy. A special mention to the PRO who was very helpful and communicative. The PRO ensured that we were informed about the procedures and guided us through the paperwork, which significantly reduced our stress during a difficult time. Their presence made the entire process smoother, especially for someone who is not familiar with hospital formalities.

We were in Kerala as tourists when suddenly our little daughter turned ill and needed to be hospitalized at Daya General Hospital. We were glad to have had a wonderful team of very supportive and motivated staff during our six days stay in the ambulance and room 337 (outlook view attached). Our special thanks goes to the whole team of our ward led by the wonderful and most empathetic Breely who always had an open ear for our situation. Everybody in the ward's team and beyond did their utmost to make our daughter get well again. Daya Hospital is very good. Experienced doctors and nurses team. We had a great experience there in terms of treatment. The only draw back is the allotment of rooms if you are to be hospitalized. Rest is fine.

I had booked an appointment yesterday at Days Hospital for my son's medical checkup through DG Shipping approved doctors. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated, even though there were many people present. The staff were very cooperative, individually attentive, and provided excellent personal care. We had a hassle-free and satisfactory experience. Reached at 0930hrs and got the medical certificate at 1400hrs.Highly recommended!
