Too much rush while visiting O P due to insufficient staffs Delay in pharmacy. Rude behavior of gurds. Like ordinary government hospital not giving any importance to people's time and helth.

It's a nice facility provided by Kerala government Before coming please take an OP ticket in advance to avoid queue
Good service and kind nature to patients especially the nurses in ward of Urology
The treatment provided is good but some doctors doesn't even care about the patients.. They not at all care.. especially in gastroenterology department.. The facility is maintained well and kep clean..too much rush on most of the op days.mits better to take op ticket online or book op ticket in advance.
