My wife had a very positive experience at the Endoscopy Department of SUT Pattom Hospital. Dr. Janet indu Rasalam was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire procedure smooth and reassuring. Her calm approach and clear explanation helped ease all my anxiety. A special thank you to the supporting staff - Sarika, Priyanka, and Abhijith - for their compassionate care, prompt assistance, and friendly attitude throughout. Preventive health checkup done Taken the 5k annual plan, the slot booking to doctors consultation, and the services are excellent. I visited a relatively busy day. Each test was scheduled coordinated by the staff with as many less delays as possible. It's definitely better to book in advance and reach a little before 7.30 AM Treadmill Test staff Saraswathy was especially helpful. Got a complimentary breakfast, which is a good gesture from the hospital side. Everything got over before 1 PM. Overall, I am satisfied with the service

Visited SUT Pattom hospital with my daughter as a new patient. Recd extremely good advice/ help from Col Rajeev Mannali. We were put onto Mr.Mohananan Nair & Ms.Shiny Jacob & their team ( Ms. Keerthi, Ms.Jayakumari & Mr.Kiran) The team was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of regn & consultation. We appreciate the assistance given by the above team which made our onboarding very smooth. We are also very happy with the services and care rendered by Dr.Sreekala. She gives a lot of comfort & confidence to the patient The nurse attached to Dr. Sreekala is a very patient friendly staff. Appreciate the overall services of the administration & medical teams.

A special mention to Dr. Amritha B Rao for her outstanding care and compassion. She is not only professional and knowledgeable but also treats patients like family. Her friendly and approachable nature made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout the treatment. The nursing staff was equally supportive--always attentive, patient, and available whenever needed. The food services were also commendable, with timely, clean, and healthy meals served every day. Very good food services Jayathi and Neethu are very friendly and good.The hospital maintained a high level of cleanliness and organization, which truly added to the healing environment.
