Super customer service and a great atmosphere throughout the hospital. The OPD department is spacious and well-maintained, unlike most hospitals in Trivandrum, you won't feel suffocated. The reception area stands out with Costa Coffee, a private waiting area, and an organized lift system with electronic access, which adds to the security and overall experience. My sister was admitted for 3 days, and during the entire stay, we received excellent service from the doctors, nurses, and all support staff. The admission process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and clean, with good facilities. The pharmacy experience was mixed ,the token system for billing was efficient, but waiting for your name to be called for medicine collection felt disorganized. It would be better if medicines were handed out based on token numbers. Also, the pharmacy area felt a bit small for the hospital's scale. Now, the canteen deserves a huge shout-out the food was top-notch! Meals, chicken biryani, fried rice, and chicken noodles were all delicious, and room service was prompt. One small suggestion: adding tissue on the service table would be appreciated. A couple of areas for improvement: * Since it's a new hospital, some finishing work seemed pending. The bathroom door lock in our room wasn't functional and had masking tape over it. Electrical fittings near switches also seemed incomplete likely a quality control issue. * The bystander pass was just a paper slip ,it would be more professional and durable to provide a PVC card instead. Parking is absolutely fantastic seven floors of structured parking makes it super convenient and safe, no stress of street or muddy parking like other hospitals in Trivandrum. Overall, SP Medifort Hospital delivered a great experience ,well-managed facilities, attentive care, and thoughtful amenities. Just a few areas to improve, but still worth 5 stars for the quality and value provided. Thanks for the service guys and do maintain the same in the future...

The services of this hospital are very comprehensive. with a dedicated guide for Maldivians, it's very easy to access the services. This hospital is a very clean place and greets customers with a smile. It's worth mentioning the name of Aisha, who guides the Maldivians. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and reassuring. The facility was clean and well-organized, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. What really stood out were the nurses--they were absolutely amazing. Had a wonderful experience with SP Medifort Hospital. Went there for my mother's well woman health checkup. I chose them after going through well woman packages of other leading hospitals in Tvm, as it was more reasonable and contained more tests and services than others at an affordable rate. Their hospitality is something worth to mention. From the security staffs to the nurses to the doctors, each one of them were very polite and helpful. We got Sruthi at our side and she was with us from the beginning to the end of the checkup. She was very supportive as well as compassionate. Also they have a wonderful canteen, a well developed spacious parking area as well as neat and tidy washrooms. Will surely recommend SP Medifort for my dear and near.

I had a great experience at SP Medifort Hospital. The service provided was excellent, especially from Dr. Vidya and Dr. Abhijit, who were both incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. A special thanks to the nursing staff Arathi, Arunima,Abhirami and everyone for their constant care and support throughout the stay. Their compassion truly made a difference. However, one area that could be improved is the food policy. Despite being charged 5000 per day for the room, meals for the patient are not included, which is quite surprising considering most top-tier hospitals include food at no additional cost. Including meals would definitely enhance the overall patient experience.
