Had a great experience at SP Fort hospital where the doctors and staff provided top-notch care and treatment for my mother's condition. The team had a great coordination, which streamlined the entire process and made the procedures incredibly fast. Their efficiency, combined with excellent care, made experience truly impressive.

Good... The overall service was really nice... The only drawback I felt is the absence of canteen... But because of there good service we're not feeling it as a huge drawback... That's why I'm giving it a five star.

1 Star (because 0 isn't allowed) Oh, what a magical experience! I came for a pediatric consultation but ended up getting a crash course in patience and time mismanagement. Scheduled appointment? That's just a suggestion here -- a fun little number they throw around to keep things exciting. Waited nearly 2 hours with a restless child in a packed waiting room. It's almost like they're conducting a social experiment: How long can parents with sick kids wait before losing their minds? Spoiler alert -- pretty long! No updates, no apologies, just the soothing sound of chaos and kids crying. Truly, if you're looking to waste your day and test your sanity, this is the place. Who needs discipline when you can have complete unpredictability? Highly recommended -- if you're not in a rush to, you know, actually see a doctor.

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the reception staff at SP Fort Hospital. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times even rude. Despite being at a hospital where patients and their families are often already under stress, the receptionists seemed careless and indifferent to our concerns. They provided incorrect information multiple times and showed no sense of urgency or empathy. It felt like we were being treated like an inconvenience rather than people seeking help. Basic courtesy and communication were lacking. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their front desk team. Reception is the first point of contact, and this kind of experience leaves a very negative impression on the entire institution.
